We sell produce through a Community Supported Agriculture “CSA” model. While CSA programs all vary, they’re typically a subscription program connecting families with their local farmers. Our CSA features produce from the Sammamish Valley, between Woodinville, Kirkland, and Redmond, Washington. Our CSA includes:
Weekly deliveries to homes in our delivery area: All addresses in Redmond, Kirkland, Kenmore, Bothell, Brier, Lake Forest Park. Seattle North of downtown (excluding Magnolia). Shoreline east of SR99. Incorporated Woodinville addresses. If you live close to one of our delivery zones, please inquire info@sammamishfarms.com with your neighborhood or address before purchase to confirm eligibility.
Deliveries begin mid to late May and end in October.
20 weeks of delivery with four hiatus weeks.
Hiatus weeks are planned for the week of Memorial Day, Independence Day, and one week in each August and September TBD based on growing and weather conditions.
Each week will include 6-8 Items, generally including recipe complimentary leafy greens, hardy greens, a fruit, a root, and an herb.
Customizable with our online ordering software.
Weekly newsletters with recipe recommendations, updates from the farm, and tools to plan your week ahead.
On farm events and U-pick opportunities.
Featured products include: lettuce-based salad mix, tomatoes, peppers, tender greens, beets, cucumber, summer and winter squash, apples, rhubarb, basil, cilantro, garlic, hardy greens, and many more!
We believe in a harmonious balance between agriculture and nature and we grow top quality and fresh produce for a small community of avid eaters and chefs.
We do not use GMO, glyphosate, synthetic fertilizers, or other products that are not approved for Organic use. We are not certified, as Organic certification is poorly designed for diversified farms such as our own. We sell no produce into international markets or outside Washington State.
