Winter Squash

Winter squash mature in the late summer and are harvested as their vines die back in the autumn frosts. Their hard rind helps them keep through the winter, and they can be enjoyed through the following spring if stored properly. There are several winter squash varieties we make available each autumn including acorn, delicata, kabocha, and kuri squash. Check these recipes for our favorite winter squash!
